Loreto Farm is a family-operated farm in Caldwell, Idaho focused on premium dairy, livestock stewardship, orchard production, and direct-to-consumer farm food.
What began as a homestead vision continues growing into a carefully managed family farm centered on quality, transparency, and stewardship.
We believe small farms can still produce exceptional food while caring for the land, animals, and community around them.
We produce small-batch raw Jersey/Guernsey milk with a focus on cleanliness, animal health, careful handling, and transparency. Our goal is simple: produce exceptional milk we are proud to feed our own family.

Why Jersey/Guernsey Milk?
Jersey cows are known for producing exceptionally rich milk with naturally higher butterfat and protein content. Many of our cows also produce A2/A2 milk, which some families find easier to digest.
Our milk is:
• Grass-fed

• Carefully cooled and handled
• Produced from a small herd with individualized care
• Rich, creamy, and naturally flavorful
Our milk is rapidly cooled after milking and carefully bottled to preserve freshness and quality. Because our milk is non-homogenized, the cream naturally rises to the top — a traditional characteristic of real Jersey milk.
